Starts at $70/hour. Final price is set after an on-site inspection to determine scope, square footage, frequency, and special needs (carpet care, window cleaning, disinfection, high-touch sanitation, etc.). After inspection we provide a fixed written quote with options for recurring plans, one-time deep cleans, and separately priced add-ons. Customer preferences—schedule, access, green products, checklists—are incorporated into the agreement. Agreed start date; no hidden fees.
